Hi, I am the President of an obscure country known as The Russian Republic of Antarctica, or The RRA. We were originally Russia, but we defected and claimed the continent of Antarctica. We are now at war with Old Russia and The ISA, The Indian Space Agency. They own the moon. With our efforts, if you look up and don’t see a moon, don’t be surprised!

Although I am the president, I am more like a dictator. There is one thing to keep my power in check, though. Our vice president, who also happens to be my GF, can veto any desision I make. If wished, I can attempt to keep you updated on the goings-on in the RRA.
We have recently bought what I have dubbed, “The Zaire Purchase”. Our territory has expanded to include the southern portion of the African continent, south of the Congo River. The countries that were there are now states in mine.
