how do you heal in this game?

I just finished the campaign and all I have to say is:"MY GOD THAT SCIENTIST WHO THE HELL IS HE???"

I have a bug that makes three people that aren't even there occupy space in my army

how come when I try to exit the game and the game asks me "are you sure" and I clicked yes, instead of exiting the game it unpauses it?

there should be a on duty sign on the person when you assign them as guards like when you send people out on a mission
