My character spent a very long time exploring the same room, killing any ants that entered. I killed almost 800 of them, and had many corpses. Why I would pick up the corpses of babies and ants, I still have no idea. Could be more... interactive. Idle is fine and all, but this amounts to 'start game, never return to it other than to look at the letters on DOS-esque background to see how they, and/or the numbers have changed.
Awesome game! My only big issue is the mission rewards.. gold becomes a silly thing by AL 2-3, as God Hand is practically worthless by the second world, and combinations are super cheap. Maybe you could ad a magic lamp as a reward, or some other substantial reward?
I have two problems with this game. The first and biggest problem, is that when I tell my units to do something, they like to take one step and then turn around and keep firing. When you're trying to retreat, that's not good. I want my units to do what I tell them, not what they feel like in the heat of battle. Second, but not as important, is why even bother having a turret gun when it's as useless as shit? Overall, good game. 4/5.
Today we will tweak the AI also we will add more damage to the turret but take in consideration that the turret is more like an easter egg. Thank you for the feedback
If you fire a shot from any weapon, and then reset the level before the shot lands, your shot will still fly through the air and hit the target while you keep all of your original shots.
The game was short, but amusing during the time I played it. It got to the point, however, that the star achievement was put into the back of my mind and shooting pirates with cannons became the aim of the game. Not too creative, but shooting cannons at pirates was interesting enough. 3/5
@Developer Re: Level 8 --- Xelestial is right, and your rebuttal simply doesn't make any sense. You can't upgrade your AA units past level 2 in this level because in order to do so, you need to destroy air units... you can't kil air units to upgrade towers, and you can't upgrade towers to kill air units. A catch 22, really.
I made it to wave 72 on normal. Seems like an endurance game more than anything, and it's not all that bad, actually. I like how you can essentially build a castle (if you've got the money) to repel increasingly bigger waves of barbarians. It's actually a lot more like a contrusction defense than a tower defense. 3.5/5
*Warning* If you have OCD, Epilepsy, or plenty of free time, you will most likely lose much of your proceeding life. You have been wa-- (Oh, wait, you have to buy that upgrade... No warning for you yet!)
