Hey. I have a question. why is there an option to save my progress if i can't reload when I die?

whats the point of being able to save my game if I can't reload the save after I die?

this game has a serious glitch it has crashed my computer twice and I don't know why. I know its not my graphics because I have an asus laptop and those are designed for graphics
