Thought the beginning wasn't worth my time, I nearly skipped out after moving left and right repeatedly. But it took a turn once I met the first companion. Finished the game with a smile. Haven't had that for months.
There's a really good balance in progress and good hints to where supplies and guns could be. It's really fun if you get the hang of it and not die repeatedly.
