Very great game! Took me a little while to get used to it, but was a thrill! One thing I think would have been a truly satisfying feature would be different sentry variants that can be upgraded and given different effects, such as sentries that act as snipers, targeting the ranged enemies that stay well away from the ship, or some missile launcher ones to take down those huge green behemoths. That sort of thing would make it easier to build yourself a 'perimeter' around your ship so that you can repair for a wave or two without having to assist your crappy sentries.
@ 1Shinigami: Space does not mean that the heat generated by the firing of a gun would not be transfered to the components performing the said firing. They would retain plenty of heat and therefore quickly melt, weaken, warp, and/or fuse. Projectile weapons other than self-propelled missiles are unlikely to be effective at all, due to Sir Isaac Newton and his famous laws... For every action there is an equal and opposite re-action. When you fire a projectile forward in space, the equal and opposite reaction would be that your ship would now be knocked into a new trajectory, start spinning, lose momentum (which would require costly and very limited fuel to regain), or if nothing else, turn your craft, or propel it, in such a way that you would no longer even be able to aim at the hostile ship. Lasers, plasma, and other such weapons would most likely be the only weapons used in space, other than self-propelled rockets and missiles.
This is what I want to do: Expand my land to the max lot size, and fill the hotel with only standard rooms all the way up to the 49th floor, then when they are all occupied, replace every f***ing elevator with a stairwell. As a bonus, no need to build gyms this way.
Can't even see the entire game interface, dunno if I'm the only one with this issue. Make it so the game fits within the game screen so I can see the unit and abilities buttons, please. 1/5 until fixed.
Great game! Although it does occur to me... If you see hundreds of objects falling from the sky, shouldn't you try to stay AWAY from them, not run directly under them to try to get hit? lol just a thought.
"Where can i buy hedges that trap cars, despite missiles being fired at them?" You can buy them at Home Depot, Aloysius. They're a great landscaping option for suburban areas! The kids'll love them!
*evil laugh*
