For those on the switches, theres a switch to the left side when you enter the cave that lights up the bridges. You might or might not have to reenter to get it.
So I didn't realize there was an apple in the orchard and now I'm two gold coins short off finishing the task. Is there any way to get those coins back?
That apple is just a hidden extra. There are plenty of coins around. Also, have you brought Myrddin (at the Promenade) all the Skyground tokens? He pays in gold for them ;)
Zealous Palace Defender badge indeed, gotta be pretty fricking zealous to breed dragons then click the bandage button every so often all the way through Day 8.
How to rek survival mode: Find two points on the map you can put Odin City on, then constantly move the city in the air between the two points = infinite survival
Strat: Kill enemy units until you can upgrade your cannons and shield once, then just attack the yellow orbs on the outer ring and work inward, upgrading as you do so, the enemy units will focus you instead of your base.
