when you lose or win, the game shouldn't just abruptly end because connection 50% of the time is slow as snails so it will spike all the moves at the same time. It sucks when you lose when you're double the health of the opponent so you don't know what the hell hit you all on the last turn that made you lose.
this game has a problem with hitting the target destination's distance variable, and causes you to keep traveling despite being on top of the town you're trying to get in.
i'm "at" the town, but then i start running in circles around it like a kid with down syndrome.
RTS on flash is pretty much putting icing on a cake made out of shit. it LOOKS nice but the UI is horrendous. half the time im having trouble deslecting my currently selected units so when i try to select new units, the units i have already selected are either in combat or in a safe zone, which then those units run right into enemy turrets and artillery.
game speed is like riding a tricycle, geez man. everything is just slow and borderline responsive. this game is pretty much a super dumb-down version of command and conquer, and being a C&C fan, this particular game drove me insane.
whoever made the whole refining ordeal was either an idiot or an asshole. why would you have such a drastic decrease in success per level refinement? and for that matter, why the hell fail in the first place? i know you can just pick up another goddamn weapon off of the 1 billion rouges that live in the land, but what the hell would let the weapon be destroyed if you needed it to be upgraded??
pretty much this is how the process works: "Oh hey blacksmith can you make my weapon better?"
"Sure thing!" *breaks weapon* "OOPS! my bad, don't worry about it though, you can't find another weapon to bring me and pay for my shoddy services!"
"Can I have a refund since you broke my goddamn weapon?"
"No."
movies and the overall game is cool, though it doesn't explain the story at all. im sure if this was a full blown computer game and not flash there could have been a ton more story put into this.
and yes ending was very anti-climactic.
after you beat the game you can go back to other levels.
the majority of the game i used BFG, short shield, and lightning. your bfg is pretty much the path layer you shoot the ball then you shield or lightning while following the ball.
this is pretty much the game: if you dont get RAPED in the first 3 or 4 level, then you will RAPE everything else forever. It's a good thing i've been RAPED 10 times in a row in the first 3 - 4 level. if i didn't beat the boss + mobs the first two times, im not going to win the next 4-7 times with a negative rating. f-ck this game.
this game was pretty easy imo. at first i didnt get the concept, but once you realize how to counter other units, it then becomes a matter of blocking units or rushing their life points down.
