Tip for the Elevator situation: Don't build elevator shafts all the way to the top. If you stagger the shafts with one overlap the customers are happier. I do 10 High Cap, then 10 in the spot to the right with the last and first elevators overlaping. The wait times are much shorter and people are happier with them. Currently, I have a 5 Star Hotel with over $8 Million and 900+ rating.
