As it is right now it's impossible to achieve the "Level up 100k times". The game doesn't take into account level ups before the world reset, and it would require many times over "A lot" of money to achieve this in a single world. Back in version 0.04 this could be achieved, but in the current state of the game it's impossible, unless you had the achievement before.
