When your approaching the hoop hit shift so you run and when your decently close (after the free throw obviously) left go of shift and hit up and while your player is still rising hit DOWN and SPACE at the same time. It's usually easier with the guy that has the bandana simply because he's slower. And another tip on winning since there is no goal tending just stand under the hoop, wait until he shoots, and jump.
