Oh man! Here it is! The pinnacle of all idle games. A massive magnitude of upgrades mixed with multiple events makes for a truly great idle experience!
This is no MtG, but a close second. Maybe if we could edit decks and there were a couple hundred more cards, I'd go for the Imp badge. As it is, I despise relying on luck. Will have to pass on this badge. Not wasting hours on luck LOL
By far my favorite pixel/rogue-like game. However, losing progress due to cookie deletion is detrimental for continued play. I always forget about this and end up not playing again because starting over after clearing 40+ floors is discouraging... No way to fix???
What the heck did I just play??? Not sure if I was on shrooms or if Alice In Wonderland just mashed up with The Never Ending Story. Either way, was mildly enjoyable.
Oh come on... Went through all that hard work to make Chester a nice boy and the second I'm in debt, he wants to go on a killing spree. Guy is a meat addict, there was no curse...
Very well done, great top down shooter game. Need more! Of everything! More diverse zombies, more upgrades, more levels, etc. Beginning of the game takes time and seems monotonous, but with just a few upgrades it becomes too easy to slaughter fifteen undead throughout the next seven levels. Also, it would feel like a great accomplishment to kill some difficult bosses. If you have many projectiles and penetration, can literally stand next to that black hole and unload. Dead in seconds. Overall, time well spent and I had fun obtaining that Sole Survivor Badge. Looking forward to what comes next from Reaper of the Undead.
After playing for months now, on and off, with multiple cache clears, I finally tried the wisp spell for the mage. I love the fact that we can have multiple wisps, as their fireball damage is terrible later on. There's one thing that bothers me though... They aren't adept at staying alive.
I'll have four wisps, come across an ogre, three wisps run, the fourth charges in and just dies. Why? What does he think he's going to accomplish? Even if my enemy has -11 speed, the wisps still aren't smart enough to get away. They'll go a square away, then loop around, eventually getting caught. Overall, this wisp spell is entirely pointless. For such fragile creatures, they sure have a keen sense to see the front of battle.
Unfortunately, I had to rate this one three stars. Mainly because of the slider puzzle. Who WANTS to do those? This cube escape kind of strayed from its predecessors. Each one in the past had its own uniqueness. This is basically just reruns of the previous games. Cigars, fish, safes, and the windows and curtains. Flies seem to be a common theme as well. Nonetheless, the puzzles were still fun to solve and there are couple new additions from the previous ones. Who would have thought shaving could create life?
As fun as this game is, I doubt I'll be here very long. The fact that basically anything can be purchased with real money is absurd. Not only that, droppin money on a pixel game is just about the funniest joke ever. It's obvious how hard up the devs are for money and it really makes this game about fifty times less fun.
I got the badges a few days ago, and rated this game 4 stars. I'm still playing and enjoying the hell out of it, so 5/5. The search for legendary loots continues...
I have some real issues with the integrity of this game... I'm drawn to play it over and over, yet 90% of my deaths occur because of a continual collection of bad loot drops. By the tenth floor or so, I usually have found no rings and all my items are still white. Most drops are junk mana or white items that were useless even five levels ago. This needs to be balanced better. 3/5
If you're having huge difficulties with lag(for me, there was a huge delay whenever I attempted to move after the sixth or seventh day) when you're on the lowest quality setting, try turning off all the in game sound and music.
