Modify the roulette with a "power-meter" so players can select how fast they can spin it, but not too weak that the spin becomes predictable. This adds more variety to choices and doesn't make the roulette look like it's rigged.

I'd sure like American weapons like an M4-A1, M249, M60 etc. for variety's sake.
