Weird... I got over 150,000 points and i didn't get the badge, also killed the boss and didn't get the badge. With that said, 5/5. Great game, definitely worth trying to get the badges again.

I give it a 3/5 because it has some glitches, like the medic after going prone will not get back up.
And because there was no quality control.
