There is a serious issue with mouse tracking. The keyboard commands react perfectly, but I click to shoot and 3 seconds later it will shoot. I switch aiming from straight right to tracking an enemy jumping over me and several seconds later will aim above me. 1 star rating until that is fixed
Game is too laggy to get BotD, takes 2+ seconds for the in-game reticule to update to my actual mouse position. I would rate it 0/5 due to incredible lag alone, but lowest rating is 1/5, so you're welcome for a free 20% upgrade in ratings.
End-game balancing is far off. You get too many gold coins from powering up high level heroes and not nearly enough ooze; all of my characters are either max level or sitting on a multiple of 10, waiting for ooze to level up. I have the gold coin cap (1 trillion - 1) while spending ooze the moment I have enough to upgrade, and by a calculation using the cheapest ooze cost, I still need over 20mil ooze to max all my characters. Once I get the ooze to level up, the next 9 gold coin costing levels come instantly and I get back to gold coin cap before I get enough ooze to level up the next person.
"Lowered ooze costs across the board and adjusted the curve for trade-in ooze rewards (smaller early game and larger late game)." Can returning players get compensated for ooze already spent / earned? When I logged off v1.1 2 days ago and loaded to v1.2 just now, all of my characters were level 61 and I had killed all the bosses besides the final section of Thor the Builder, now I'm way behind on ooze for late game leveling. It also appeared I hadn't received any offline ooze when loading the game to v1.2.
If you end up getting locked up by ooze and aren't making any real progress (even for an idle game), message me and let me know. I can put together an update that rewards the people who were towards the end of the game pre-1.2.
First thing I did was check to see if it was the same dev as Kingdom Rush... turns out someone just carbon copied KR, made it a multiplayer and added stupid features that piss people off so they can pay $$$ to bypass said stupid features and make the game pay-to-win!!!
After a certain point, you can buy all managers and most/all cash related upgrades (not AI-costing upgrades) after only a minute or two of lemonade stand cash-ins. A "Buy All" and/or "Buy All you can Afford" buttons for managers and upgrades would be nice.
Lag builds up too quickly and when I start my game in the 3rd zone, I have about 2 steps of stamina left, even though if I start the game from the first zone, I can play through and start the 3rd zone with a decent amount of stamina left.
The game gets too much lag and I can't switch floors in time. Also, on day 11 the game stopped firing on the floor one down from the top, my guy or any elevators I put there didn't do any damage. The enemies directly attacked the elevator shaft and ignored elevator health.
A different twist on puzzle games, in a good way, but when pieces lock in place, it makes the game too easy. Maybe take out the auto-lock and give the user the option to lock pieces they think are right. Example: Shift- click on a piece to lock it, shift-click on a locked piece to unlock it.
The Beastiary seems to only be available through the action pause screen. And the pause screen doesn't seem to have a graphical button, you have to push 'p'. Other than that, great game! :D
*Lieutenant looks out window and sees this: http://prntscr.com/1tq8gc* "Sir, I think we can recapture this planet and start our fight back against The Creep, using this as our base of operations."
General: "NO! MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PLANET!!!111!!1!"
that's a bug i need to track down....if there's no more targets on the orbs they should disappear. if you refresh it'll fix it
