Well, this sucks...I've played for the game for a while...advanced to Dread Level 2...but now the game essentially locks at level 94, with 90 enemies remaining. It doesn't "freeze", but just keeps blasting away as enemies crash into my base, with no advance. I've rebooted my computer (win 10) several times, and the same think keeps happening. What gives?
For some reason, the game was not recognizing that I had played for several games. Closed it out, and when I reopened it, it said that the online servers could not be reached--not even to try to start all over again. What gives?
Why is that, now that I've hyper-traveled back to the start about 5 times, that a window that says "A spaceship has returned from its travel" covers the bottom-center portion of the game screen and WON'T GO AWAY, no matter how many times I click on "Button" or which keys I mash?
Would have given the game a 4 or 5, but have the same problem as Cravinch...what's the point of playing an idle game--or any game--if it stops functioning just as you're getting powered up?
I look forward to seeing the new version--and I'll keep my fingers crossed that the dev has found some way to speed up the battle sequences--specifically on the maps. There's no point in watching the little blue bar flash back and forth once a second when your trimps have the opposing force totally "out-gunned" just so each map has to take 2 or three minutes to play out.
Is there a reason the import save doesn't work? I saved the game, exported the save, copied that to Notepad, but when I paste it back into the window and click on "Import-Save" nothing happens...I'm still at zero, with no upgrades or anything.
Not being a particularly trusting soul (in the Capitalist game) I have learned to ALWAYS export my progress to Notepad--even now that the offline bug is fixed, that earned me 2x the angels as the game was "willing to remember" I deserved
Wow--I'd give this game a 5, if it didn't keep freezing up on me. I know Unity isn't entirely stable, but I hate killing 14 of 19 goons, and then suddenly having the screen freeze
Not sure where the "bug report form" is, but I've noticed that, especially at the higher levels, if I leave the cursor over a worker upgrade house that the entire game field goes blank...grass and roads still appear, but all buildings and robots are gone.
Either I've forgotten how to do it, or I'm just not smart enough to know how--but there should be SOME way to drop one of your weapons any time you want to so that you can use a different one (from the markets) instead of having to wait until you find a better belt
I really hate the fact that there doesn't seem to be any way to start the game over from the first level. Even closing and opening the game always puts me back where I was
Not particularly interesting, or with as good physics as some--what's the point of the upgrades if you can complete them in one level, or if they don't help in getting more bonuses?
Seriously? No one else has ever played "Asteroids"? And at least with that, you could actually see here your ship was without having to track it back along the line of fire. I expected better
Try pressing spacebar.
