How to win the 8th mission as Crimson Horde: Kill the two nearest ogres, and use the gold to build 6 obelisks (or 5 obelisks + 1 farm if you need one). Launch diversionary attacks on the nearest citadels using your cheap 85 gold immortals, and use your magic spells (AOE + Summoning) to cap the outer points. Use the gold to further boost mana production which will allow you to quickly whittle down the inner citadels, and take them with 1-2 units.
This game is really addicting.
What kept me going was how I could win games faster, as I became better at terraforming.
The 8-bit music really atmospheric, which was perhaps another reason why it kept me in the game.
I enjoyed winning levels simply by flooding ;)

Interesting story, liked the playing with light thing, though the sprites made me go wtf though =D. A bit short, and you could've thrown in more stuff to make it more intresting. Music is really nice, reminds me a bit of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata.
I like the story. It's kinda confusing at first, but it just grows on ya. A good sequel to Gateway. And this doesn't need a badge, too easy =). The strong point of this game isn't the gameplay or the approach. It's the story that makes this game so memorable, something I could actually relate to. (5/5)
Why don't you people stop flaming the author? If you can make a game like this, with your own songs which are not copyrighted by artists, which are legally used in this game? And turn off the chat if you're lagging for god's sake. Personally, I like the music. It's not bad for a game that doesn't use big band's music. And there's an option to turn off the voice, if that really annoys you.
