You rock. I was looking for things to learn (yes, just 'things', quilting on you tube didn't work to well though...), then recalled I saw this on kong. Games are what I used to spend 8/hrs a day on, so obviously they hold my attention. I also liked how you have to earn your credits, made it less lecture and more achievement.
Anyhow, thanks for making it both a game and educational. =)
T~
Oh, also he said these each deal with a different type of fear, this WAS the author.
one, the fear of the unknown
two, the fear of known danger,
three, the fear of constant danger..
or something like that, I don't recall if that was the order (the second one may be something else) different things scare different people, he is testing this or using it..or so I recall.
get the worded flash screen shot, I think he says it in there.
he also is (or said he was on another site awhile ago) making another one and does plan to wrap the story line together.
Hey, for you guys wondering about the story, the why...well..in the flashing screen...there is a screen full of words...and many pictures flash by as well.
I don't remember who said this, but I THINK it was the authors reply to a guys question on another site (before I found kong I played these elsewhere) and the guy (maybe author?) said they were all hints.
The pics too.
anyhow, cheers.
Godlike Invertebrate
Dude! You just completed the Godlike Invertebrate achievement in Arachnophilia and won the Godlike Invertebrate badge and 30 points!
Dang, I try forever..and then I build my web different and catch three bats (one red, two green) before I get bored.. x)
Try using 'fan' webbing style (several lines from the same starting point) and the corners are the best start with one in the lower right that goes between to walls, then fan it in, then cross gaurd it. when you get gold try and use it to make MAIN lines (the fans, not the cross bars if you can) though you generally need to start a new fan web in another corner by the time you get gold coming in.
luck to you everyone.
heh, easy.
Just have to work out a few tricks.
Shield on a disc launcher, and don't forget to shoot UP when nothing is around to shoot..your bullets will come down in a little bit, usually on the big ships well covered vunurable spots doing about four to eight times the damage.
That and the disc Cannon doesn't stop once it hits an enemy, it just keeps going.
only two turrets you need (but on the last wave of any level you can throw out a ton of buffs with you saved cash for kicks)
grr..oe achiment left at 230 secs...and it won'tn't work..lift off is EASY and after 80 more seconds...still won't work...and yeah, contra is a pain..sometimes works fine, but mostly won't work tuill you just mash buttons.
