I liked the puzzle with drawing the tree, but thought it was way too specific in what it accepted. Having tried twice, I needed the walkthrough to show me how it should be drawn.
Wonderful game. The biggest leap was the newspaper because it was the first external lookup, but a Bible verse would have been a smoother transition (more obvious that it needs to be looked up), so I'd recommend switching a verse lookup with the paper lookup. Overall, I thought the puzzles clever, though I was hoping for more difficulty on the final level.
I was a little disappointed with how easy these were, but overall it was good puzzling fun. I'm glad you put the disclaimer at the end. Pretty sure my IQ isn't really 170. Well done.
Need ranks to unlock stuff? Once you get rank 30 for Apopalypse, do the first hard badge (use 'rangs!). Around round 25, it gets very easy. After round 50 or so, I walked away from the PC for an hour or two, with it set on fast. It's still going, on round 104. I've gained 21 ranks so far.
Neat game that could be great with a few adjustments. In addition to shed organization, a 'heal all' button, and a way to get rid of unwanted creations, it is unclear whether or not Reputation has an effect on anything other than ending the game. If it does, it should be easier to find out what Rep you've got and how much it changes.
For those having trouble: Stamina appears to be related to how much time one can run for. Therefore, if you go faster, you'll cover more distance with the same Stamina amount. I thus won the game with the Ferret (low Stamina), without ever training Stamina.
I enjoyed the game, but would like more info on units. It's practically impossible to guess from the info given how the unit will actually function in battle, so the only choice is to guess. Combine that with your 3 "lives" and you have a recipe for frustration.
Very interesting and intriguing, could be a lot of fun. However, difficulty is FAR too low -- I never bought any upgrades and still waltzed through the game.
Fun game, neat powerups, but one major problem: too easy. I don't even know what happens when you die. This made all of the mentioned powerups rather superfluous.
