Rel Cybers
A successful result of the R37 project held by Dr.Makarov Cybers, the president of Cybers Incorporated. The project’s goal was to create a series of Battery-like humans who could leech energy and then transform into energy like beings called “Aztecs”. The name was a reference to the Mayan people who believed in manual labor. However for some reason Rel is the only human who was well suited to become an Aztec. The other subjects either died or simply became mutant creatures who are called “Homonculus” as a reference to them being failed scientific subjects. It is within Dr. Cyber’s interest to turn Rel into his son. Rel’s story continues as he gets along with his new life simply by living as a normal human. . . Or so you people think. However it doesn’t end there. Knowing you people might be in question on what Rel might be capable of, allow me to show you instead. Rel has multiple forms. Each with its own unique ability and (dare I say it. . .) weakness. The first and most powerful is his Nuclear form which then his appearance is that of a suit of armor with a glowing purple visor. The abilities of this suit are mainly Heating itself up. Strong punches with radiation effects like melting, suddenly exploding, and then of course there is the controlled meltdown. Next on the list is his Electric form which has two subforms that don’t need any explaining, just some mentioning. The first is Hydroelectric and the next is Static. The name of the form and the subforms say more than enough on how they actually work and also, when in this particular form. Rel looks like a normal human with electricity flowing through his veins which appear as purple tattoos. Next is the Geothermal form which he also takes on the form of a suit but with a maroon glowing visor and huge cannons mounted on the arms and shoulders, also please take note that when in this form, Rel is usually hot-tempered. Last is the weakest but not so totally useless form. The turbine form, one word. . . He can fly and cause focused air shots and cyclones. . . That’s it. A bonus form by the way is his Deus Takitu Ex form which he acquired during a trip to a lost Mayan civilization at the Temple of Montezuma. This is a powerful form which runs on spiritual energy so he is practically a god when on this form only he has one weakness. . . When he is hit at his head with a crushing blow he reverts to human form heavily damaged and totally unconscious for a few hours. . . Rel’s biography:

Bonus info which is obvious but I just want to say it.:
1. He is adopted and was actually already dead when he was experimented on.
2. His real parents are unknown although its a long-shot to determine whether they are dead or not.
