Money balancing is a really ahrd and I try to constantly tweak it. The normal upgrade bug seems to have reappeared. I got rid of it, but will look into it. Restart button is also on the list. Thanks for the feedback!

Completing level 45 with 6 turns doesn't give the achievement for in 7 turns... I found a way to save 1 guy to make it possible with 6 and I get this?

How can we cut you slack if you haven't even tried your hands on your own version of the Shootorials, I am making a game myself and that is a thing that takes more than just a few days to make a few frames. I make better stuff while experimenting with AS3, c'mon try expanding it beyond a few days before posting please.

The coding behind it is a bit buggy, but it looks good. The graphics could have been better, but I suck at it myself so... Improvements in the minigames as in you can go through stuff..
