Druid and Necromancer are OP. Even on Nethack difficulty. Esper and Monk are fairly good as well.

Does the effect for wooden shield "stack?" I.e. If you have four of them, there's a 40% to block? It doesn't seem that way to me, but if anyone could confirm that would be awesome.
