I finished the game in 68 minutes as a lvl 29 rogue. Put all my stat and perk points in speed until I hit perk lvl 10. From there on I put everything in attack. In the blacksmith also only bought the 1st and last item until I hit max and, in the jewel shop did the same for the xp item.
