I may have found a way. Download the .swf and the desktop version of Ruffle. Open Ruffle, and select your file. It will start loading and once finished, nothing will happen. Go to 'debug tools' (on the top) -> view stage info -> children -> unfold the root object and click on "MovieClip "kps"" -> Display -> toggle the "visibility" checkbox. The "start" button should appear.
