Radioactivelump you get exotic particles when you reset in the "options" tab on the bottom left. You must reach a point in the game where it starts to make exotic particles.
gianjefferson5 in the lower left corner, there's a settings button. Click on it and the top button will say how many exotic particles you will get if you reset. "Prestige for (number) Exotic Particles" You increase the number by getting more money (for more parts and upgrades and well, money).
derpendary, i think the devs added in a multiplicative feature in cells where putting them close together generates more heat. Also, I suggest getting a cooling system to cool your reactor, heat plating to expand heat capacity, or use less cells. (note: 2x reactor heat capacity blows EVERYTHING up.)
Nefastium cells are expensive, and are pretty high tier. So after a reset, you gotta work your way up to nefastium.
Upgrades can boost how long cells last and the power they produce, so you can have uranium producing triple the power than it does in heat.

oh and, (i cant see the screenshot for some reason, I have crap internet sorry.) if it says Out of Memory, if means your RAM (Random Access Memory) is maxed out and none can be available for the game.
Options: Close all other programs and/or use a different computer and/or install more/high capacity RAM chips
