That moment when you start with Madagascar infected, proceed to spread your virus across the entire island, public transit is closed yet they keep their port open. Odd thing is, ships come in, but none set sail. That's a real slap to the face.
I have 10 Fields now, and my first crop just became a star. I had a 30-man bonus, and upon the 10th purchase of my first star-crop, my man-bonus dropped down from 30 to 26, instead of going to 31. Also, it doesn't show how many men you have on star-fields until you own at least 7 or 8 of those fields. It would be nice if the corn field and star fields were worth more prestige, since the game seems to drop off heavily when the the first corn field is purchased (in terms of time played/prestige earned, you are much better off resetting once you buy Artichoke field).
@DieDaisuki and @JUNJO 's response: You still see the produce flying up because the "Turn Off Animations" button is only effecting the crops that are CREATED, not the crops that are SOLD. Every time your Salesmen manage to sell a crop, the animation of the produce being sold is displayed.
TIP: First Upgrade: Add More Bars to Manual Working.
Second and Third: Increase Workers Speed on Tomato Fields / Increase Base Selling Price of Tomatos
Fourth and Fifth: Increase Workers Speed on Pepper Fields / Increase Base Selling Price of Pepper
Get Worker's Speed Increase on the Pepper Field upgrade to level 3, and you will have no problem getting to the Corn Field and upgrading earlier fields to Star Crops for extra Prestige Points.
