Ok that ghosts cheat is broken. I ended up with over 6000 ghosts. Made the game reaaaaaaaaaaaal easy :P

Get ghosts. Replay if they somehow get "free" until you win a fight where they don't. If you're down on money keep replaying a fight that you win. I am currently on 310 ghosts and can defeat any castle with just them. Easy as :P
