Hey Light, love the amount of work put into making each item unique! Srsly, well done, really enjoy this aspect. The fact that the items change and get new models once you upgrade them gives a great incentive to explore all the items. 11/11 outa this world :)
The concept if pretty good, but it's lacking some content (but hey, it was made in 72 hours :). Never seen a game like this before. Right now, I'd say 3/5, since it's lacking content, but there's potential for a 5/5 here :D
Great game, but it needs a money collecting upgrade (increased radius) to attract money. And it also needs smarter penguins. Here's what I mean by smarter penguins:

The penguin will get stuck there and stay there for as long as it wants to, without taking the turtle. Making the penguins navigate around the object would help.
