Got Hard achievement really fast.
Used points only on the two, rightmost colums. Faster, cheaper tanks and faster, cheaper units (it says that the upgrade makes only infantry cheaper, but it actually makes tanks cheaper, too).
Watch enemy side of the map. Send tanks on top or bottom lane, where enemy DOESN'T send bazookas. Get machine gun unit whenever you can. It only loses to more lucky machine gun unit... and tanks.
Keep sending basic infantry wherever you send the better units, so that the basic unit catches up, joins fights and is the one taking first hits.
For the hardest (imho) mission, the one where you fight tanks while not having one yourself, place machine gun on top cover, two bazookas on bottom and throw the riflemen on the middle lane. Restart until success (bazooka hit RNG).

HURRA I start witch 12 tactical points, and i order 2 machine gunners and engineer. In greatest minute i had 8 machine gunners in bunker, AAA, tank and 2 bazooka mans.
MY SCORE IS IN THE "HIGH SCORE" !!! (11,804)
MY BEST GAME TACTIC:
1. move soldiers to next map, and kill 1 wave of enemy,

4. When i have 20 tactical points and 4 soldiers (if someone die, restart) most of them had 50-60exp, and very big rifle skill.
Get position and buy AAA or engineer and trench.
5. Buy for theese soldiers BAR's and Tommy Guns.
My best soldier had 115 rifle skill, 100exp and 132 morale. He had a BAR and can destroy german motorbike in 5sec.
