It is intended but not because I wanted to, but because of the complications regarding the destruction of the turrets,barricades built on it's tiles.
I couldn't get my head around solving it, and I would've prolly needed to rewrite the entire building system.
the bigger the grid become the harder it become to see the highlight.
found the last level more time consuming for clicking around cause there's lot of item than really challenging my mind as a puzzle, scrolling the hint page is also time consuming, like the tops comment said.
Tough it's refreshing to have a puzzle game that's pretty nicely made.
And as everyone said the X hitbox is pretty quirky good addition for the option tough i only discover it after beating the game.
the game is pretty well done i just don't really like the way some item are hided, like changing they color, green scissor for exemple or transparent pot in the water.
Others are smartly put like huge hammer infront of lamp pod.
to buy a weapon you have to select a student click on weapon or armor slot and select what you want to buy, sadly item are bound to student so they disappear if you graduate them.
when you have a game that is exactly the copy past of the previous and there's like 40. I think you can hope some improvement, the building station is always so random.
A dev that read comment that's insane! Anyway thanks for the answer. The mouse control option is kind of allround so it's fine to play. Still using 123 as option isn't really user friendly since it's not indicated in the tutorial, just an hint at the start of the game would be great. BTW the first time i played it was just indicated that instruction were provide in game, so don't blame me for asking a remap it was more a suggestion.
Seems you make more money by using the bomb while in a crowded screen, so one of the early way to get money would be to invest in special and bombing your way to the boss. Don't upgrade crosswbow to live the small mobs alive.
Extra controls were an update and I have had a chance to incorporate them into the tutorial. Was not blaming you before. Was just informing you. I am out of town and busy so any comments I ake may sound brief. Thx for playing and commenting!
