Extremely buggy unfortunately. A lot of bugs in the tutorial, which leaves a very bad impression - eg the guide not giving instructions until your 4th battle, and not being able to click the monster she asks you to click, etc
Seems like the tutorial could be helpful, but i'm stuck on the first one!
It walks you through the steps, until it says 'then animate it'. how do i do that? the double clicking i did before that step changed the timeline back to 1 frame. do i create 4 more frames for the walking, or do i go back up? If so, then why did i double click? What does double clicking even do (worked it out myself). Things could've ben explained better =/
Same terrible level layout as in the other Robot wants.. games. All over the place design, with lots of backtracking and having to remember what you needed to get past what obstacle once you get new powerups. Robot wants Ice Cream is a huge improvement.
Excellent game, 5/5, which i don't give out often. Something that annoys me though is that after you jump (to go over jumps or barriers) if you are onscreen and pass over a gate, that counts as a miss. Any jump over a gate (airborne), whether you are onscreen or not, should count as a jump over a gate, rather than a miss. Nothing worse than having your speed vastly reduced by being unlucky over where your 1000+m jump lands.
Endless mode becomes extremely laggy. The main problem with this is that the game has intermittent 'freezes', but during that time, the enemy moves, while my puckle guns dont fire. When the freeze ends, my front row of guns are destroyed. When it doesnt freeze, the enemy can barely reach my guns without being mowed down, so it's definitely the freezing that causes it to happen (enemy attacks have higher priority over player attacks, or something like that)
after looking at your video walkthrough, it appears that time stop freezes for the same length of time at lvl 5 as it does at lvl 1 (which is what you had)? So it's costing me more mana to do the same thing, which means i can't finish level 16 on epic using your method. There is no way to downgrade spells (there is no reason to, under normal circumstances) and i sure as hell am not going to restart the game so that i can have time stop at level 1.
Tip for Challenge 3 epic:
use Popo, Simon, Cassandra.
Sky Dragon. Angel, Mighty Guardian, Valkyrie, Elf Sniper, Forest Hunter.
Other choices possible, but this imo is the best setup that doesnt do damage that gets absorbed.
Group your troops just outside the demon's aggression range, and charge when mana is maxed. Use shield constantly, easy win.
