The princess is totally not worth the trouble. I recommend the knight quits, go back to the wizard, stabs him, and live happily ever after with a new GF.
NOT true you need one defense pod for every other turret. If you build near your station, at most you'll need only two defense pods to cover ALL you turrets. Full upgrade them,l they are the most important turrets of all. A nice strat to win it, is to mirror your buildingÇ: What you build in one side, build exactly in the other side of teh station. If well done, you only need 6 turrets to win it all (4 lasers, 2 defense pods). Slow turrets are nice, but only the slow feature. If you buy their repulsor upgrade, you sometimes give more chances to the enemy to fire a few more rounds on you.
I give up, I just can't pass Brighton Square. But I reallly want to the see the ending of this game. Would kill for a youtube video on the ending of the game.
Game is awesome, only I suck at it. Car fully upggraded, yet I cannot pass that lvl that the General says "You are the last line of gran defense we'll use to stop that dude", dunno which lvl was. Fricking impossible. I get to the Checkpoint zone (all the soldiers and the wires, and the choppers) but I die every single time there.
