Have some more strategy tips after playing a bit more (new fastest time 77s). The top times are (I think) mostly legitimate and are set by hitting 200 Int as fast as possible; 200 Int gives -100% cooldown (ie no cooldown) and then you can spam Judgement for immediate completion. It's therefore just about how fast you can hit 200 Int and this is largely RNG. This strategy also lets you use the bottom path (the fastest - it has 1 fewer ice stage than top and 1 more void area) since Adv Judgement ignores skeleton spell immunity. The Whirlwind strategy is okay but slower because you still have to fight every stage, whereas by using Judgement you can skip 3 fights for every one you complete.
Thanks for that breakdown! I actually wasn't sure how people were getting close to the minute mark since I'm a little under 2 mins myself. I was wondering how people were clearing the skeletons so fast but I didn't realize people were able to hit 200 Int before reaching them which makes total sense in retrospect. When you put it that way, I can't see how you can do something faster than that, and it'll come down to RNG giving you Int pots early and often. I could see players needing to grind up an Int set prior to running this too, which reminds me of how Realm Grinder works where you need build up runs. Very cool to see the game broken down like that!
My fastest time is 112 seconds – here’s my strategy. Adv Berserk, Adv Hail, and Adv Judgement. Judgement is OP. Focus on Intellect and Wisdom: 2/4 Water first, then 2/4 Wind, then 2/4 Fire sets. Earth is meaningless because Berserk buffs End. You need >100 Intellect to chain skills permanently. At 180 Int cooldowns become meaningless and you can spam Judgement multiple times per fight. Combining these short cooldowns with Judgement and high Wisdom means you can skip most fights and the boss. The bottom path is the best because the Void speeds you up 2x (this actually makes the 4/4 Earth set bonus a debuff). Choose pots over gear and again focus on buffing Int and Wis. Str is third most important stat because we can’t buff it with Berserk, followed by Agi for DPS. End doesn’t matter because Berserk buffs it. When choosing gear choose with sets in mind before stats. If you have 3/4 of one set it’s a sign your build is imbalanced – 3/4 set bonuses aren’t great anyway.
Love the breakdown! 112 secs is super fast and I think my own record was something like 118 secs. Very interesting that you chose the bottom path, I actually didn't know it was viable because of the skeleton fights. I personally do the top path which also has a Void area for farming. I love the feeling of these kinds of runs because you need to absolutely be on your toes in the void area to get a good time. It's very fast and you might make suboptimal decisions but that's the name of the game, much like speed Chess. I think an interesting part of this strat is knowing WHEN to shoot towards the end. If you mistime it, your pots will run out before the boss and lose precious time so it's actually quite tricky. You must've done lots of runs to get the strat down pat, awesome job!
Fun idea but the balancing is so whacky atm. There are some teams I crush every time without them scoring, and then other teams I'm better than on paper but who I can't score against, irrespective of how far I strengthen the squad

Such a snorefest of utter boringdom was never invented before. Enemy down to 2HP, pulls off ridiculous unseen combo from the top of the screen (so couldn't even SEE the gems), and I end up being killed. Completely luck based, no skill required. Horrific waste of time.
It's far too easy to do well, and there aren't enough buildings to keep me playing. The disasters just become annoying and repetitive after a while, but I appreciate that you've added them to keep people on their toes.
More furniture- perhaps an 'energy drink' style mechanic which gives you a short term big speed boost to get that one painting done that's taking ages. Also, an ability to advertise for more clients would be nice.
