I don;t know what to say to you about 26... I just double clicked the key hole and I got the badge and won the game.
Walk through for the hopeless:
1: Click the penguin, click key.
2: Pop all the orange balls. Click they key.
3: Click penguin furthest to the right, click key.
4: Click and hold the green seed at the bottom until the tree grows fully. Click and pop all of the orange balls. (2, 1, 3, 4).
5: Slide all the sliders to the left (2 sets) Key is in the far right.
6: Break bricks with the ball and hit the key. (not all bricks need to be gone)
7: Click and drag all the penguins to the right. Click key.
8: Click all the circles on the ball until they light up (this is very annoying). Click key.
9: Click the TV's as the picture shows up. Be quick. Key is in the last penguin.
10: Click and pull the rope in the right down, the key is on the left rope.
11: Type KEY
12: Click on the penguins to pull the ball around. The key is on one of their necks.
13: Break the bricks and get the key (not all bricks need to be gone, but each needs to be hit twice).
14: Sway the tree left and right with your mouse until the key falls.
15: Click the first penguin, and follow the orange tube with your mouse (don't move off of it) and click the second penguin. Click the key.
16: Keep dragging the ball to the very top of the screen and drop it until the key appears at the top of the tree.
17: Keep clicking all the balls until they light up. There's probably a pattern to this but I'm not finding it.
18: Move your mouse until the hole in the ball is at the bottom. Hold it there until the key falls out. Click it.
19: Right click and screen and click on "key!"
20: Keep pulling the right rope until the key is all the way to the top of the screen. Drop it and let it fall all the way down. Pull back up and get the key.
21: Use one orange ball to push the other into the white bricks to break them all. Click the key that falls.
22: Click the TV's and the penguins appear on the screen.
23: Move all three sets of slides to the right. The key is in the far left.
24: Click any penguin and follow your mouse on the orange tube to click all four of them. Click the key.
25: Move the ball back and forth 100 times. This is easiest if you keep the ball in the middle and don't use the side paddles. Try not to suddenly move the paddles as the ball is hitting them and try to hit in the middle of the paddle. Good luck.
26: Double click the keyhole.

For level 20, keep pulling the rope until the key is all the way to the top, then drop it and let it fall all the way down. That breaks the glass and pull back up for the key.
Level 25 is easy if you just keep the ball in the middle, and not go towards the sides. I got it on my second try after I realized wtf I was doing. Don;t suddenly move the paddle when the ball hits, that's what makes it go all over the place.

Dilts36: I said you COULD win with the Arrow Tower if it DID reach the other castle. You can kill every enemy with just arrows if you upgrade it fully.
Oh, and if your gonna upgrade the mana pool, make sure you do it as soon as the upgrade is available, that way you're getting the largest amount of mana every second.
