It is frustrating to ask characters about clues and always get the same non-answer, especially when it's something that makes sense to ask about. Either the characters should have more variety in their "I don't want to talk about that" responses, or they should provide some information that leads the player toward more fruitful avenues.
Genuinely a great concept for a murder mystery! This is probably the most well-written medieval cop game, with the most coherent and deep mystery to investigate--and my favourite of the whole series so far.
This was a fun idea, but unfortunately the bad riddles ruined it. It should be possible to solve them without trial and error, and the way to do that is to include more information in the question.
I've been playing the games through in order from the start, and the writing and logic in this one is really a step up--the best of the series to date!

In the first angelic debate with pero, the reasoning is supposed to be that Kraven couldn't have set up the arrow device because she couldn't lift the stone sword. But Amber, a young woman, was able to lift the sword herself and bring it to Lucy for analysis! I lost 2 and a half stars over this!
