For the 70K+ Sniper score, i found the easiest way to get it was to only zoom in once and go for each target depending on the wind E.g. No wind, go for the furthest ones away seeing as though your only on the first zoom. Another thing is if you can shoot the target that goes up and down/left and right behind cover. Go for it, because i lost a few seconds waiting and it took me over the 60 second limit. Hope this works for you guys as well as it worked for me.
