Hmmm, I cant seem to get it to start. I begin in the upgrade screen, press go and I see a menu that just says mission 0. when I press 'go' nothing happens, when I click 'mission 0' nothing happens, even the sound options wont do anything.

1.8m got stopped by floating spikes i could have gone WAAAAY further
press d the entire time you gou almost twice as far as normal
i just need the last time, burning one, and the distance acheivements
oops nvm i got 250k the second try
almost 200k feet got stopped by a frekin wall after barely missing a chainsaw guy.... buy the gold cannon!!
