This is so not ok. You CANNOT drive two different outputs to the same input. A 1 does not trump a 0, it just fries circuits when they are both fed to a single input. This was a great idea of a game, but many of your circuits would catch on fire.
although a very good concept and very functional, innovative platforming, the story just felt lacking. something was just missing, i cant explain what, but it needed just something more
The thing about infinite runner games is that there should be more platform than holes. the chances of falling are way too severe in contrast to the chances of actually landing on a platform. also a jump down button could help. currently, there's just too much messed up with it to make it a solid runner.
I know, I know, to say this is lacking polish is a severe understatement. First game though, so that kinda explains it. I just need to figure out fixing the jumping first, something more akin to Mario would be a lot better.
i felt that the only conversation in the game was just a huge cop out to avoid giving details... good game, but the fact that it was an obvious cop out kinda made it a lot worse
3/5
For the goals with mulitiple occurences (like cut off 25 arms), there should be a counter similar to Kong's "best so far:" on badges.
Also, defense is totally useless. Im too busy attacking to waste a turn defending. Maybe it could work as a slight multiplier towards armor?
And a purely cosmetic problem: the armor gauge on arms is not set right. For example, when I was in lower fights, a guy had 100 arm armor and I hit 50. The gauge only showed the blue removed up to about his wrist.
Still rating 5/5 because, well, its highly addictive lol. Stayed up til 2:45 playing the first night, even though I was totally exhausted. Sooo great game
took a few loads, when it finally worked, was very simple and ok... eh, coulda been better. 2/5 good idea for the game, but puzzles were too simple and the three stars thing was honestly kinda dumb
I think this game is based on two tactics--the enemies and yours.
Theirs: encircle him and rape him fast so he cant shoot us
Yours: get out of the rape circle and shoot at a distance as you run in a circular path to avoid frontal rape and slime
The story is definitely subtle. I didn't want it to overpower the mechanic itself. I'm glad you enjoyed it though.
