Did someone notice that Refresh is missing in the skill searchbar?

I like this game, but there are still some flaws. For example, it takes pretty long to load (not only the first time as mentioned in the description). Another thing to improve are the elders tasks. The cooldown system is pretty annoying, since you are forced to spent about ten minutes on a task where all you do is click the a line of mobs and waiting for half a minute in between. Not exactly what playing should be about. You can't do other stuff in your city while the cd is running down. I would suggest removing the timerbased system and introducing a limited energy pool for each task, which can be used to move, fight and rest.
