Why do some of the enemies, when they die, say "3.15"? Is that some reference that I'm missing out on?

The recently-added ads are annoying, intrusive, and pretty much enough to make me stop playing this game. Are Kongregate's normal ads not enough?

This mess was created by the some third party tools used in the game. I have made it possible to get it ad free on kongregate.

The Sanctify spell's description says that it heals foes (which would make it fairly useless), but it actually doesn't. It's an extremely efficient way to stay alive during intense melee combat.

"Impossible Mode" is way WAY too easy. I got through story mode pretty easily (get the more-money upgrades first and then upgrade stuff constantly, pretty easy), and now I'm letting Impossible Mode play itself - I'm not even firing my weapon, the automated stuff is doing all the work. Not taking any damage. Fun game, quick to run through, no big effort required.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the medals can't be obtained in easy mode. If this is true, can it be mentioned somewhere please? It's not obvious from the medal descriptions that they require normal mode.
When you choose to start a New Campaign, you're asked to select Normal or Baby Mode. When you hover over the Baby Mode option, it displays a tooltip notifying you that you will not earn any medals!

Is there a way to tell the guy to quit saying "Yeah!" "Alright!" whenever he kills something? It gets annoying, but I don't want to turn off all SFX as then I don't get the cool gunfire sounds.

Major suggestion to make the game way less grindy: Make red blops worth way WAY more than they now are (eg 50 times what blue blops are worth). That way, the game will feel more "completionist" than "grindy", because it'll be hugely worth going back for 100% red blops. Also, if each of the achievements had a significant blop payout - and if we could see and predict them - then those, two, would actually be worth doing. As it is, I just pick a level, any level, start it playing, put the mouse roughly in the center of the screen, and alt-tab away. Not the most entertaining gameplay. I can get silver on any level by that method.

The powerup modes absolutely suck unless you've (wait for it) put a lot of cash into research. I got a powerup that made me spew explosives all over the place, just before getting to a section with nothing but black bloons. Nerfed me to nothing.

This game was designed by Richard Garfield? Why is this not made more of - it's this brief mention in the splash screen, and nothing more!

Okay, this is weird. I've completed every level on highest difficulty and acquired every achievement. But I'm 10 XP short of gaining the last level that will let me max out all skills. Since I'm done playing now, it hardly matters, but what happened to completeness?!
