Another thing I adore so far? I'm looking through the comments, and EVERY SINGLE comment has a reply from the developer! Now THAT'S someone who cares about feedback!

Developer response from Disruption

Hi! Thanks a lot! The game is for the people to play so I care a lot about what all of you think and the possible issues! Cheers! Dis.

Turns out it doesn't matter WHEN you get married; you always have a kid and the option to retire exactly six years later! I was married at age twenty one, and now I've retired by age twenty seven. MAN, talk about an easy life! I wish real life was this easy! Of course the narrator looks like he's preparing you to be the doomed parents of the hero. Can't WAIT for the full story!

Developer response from Disruption

Hi! It's actually random (When you have the kid) but the chance increases every year, so it gets more likely around 6 years. About retirement, it's activated as soon as you have a kid, or when you get to around 55 years old if you didn't have a kid by then :) Cheers and thanks again for your nice comments and feedback! They keep us going! Dis.

There is so much potential in this game. So much. I envision in four years someone saying "Have you seen this awesome game?" and I can proudly boast "Oh yeah, I played the first versions of that!". Normally I start making suggestions, but I have none-just keep doing what your doing! Anyways, so far I've managed to get married by age twenty one, although it's mathematically possible by age twenty. Anyone gotten hitched faster?

Developer response from Disruption

Hi! In theory the minimum is 16 (14 to leave the first village, plus both house upgrades take 2 years). You can do it if you get enough money from the mine and other places during those years until you become 14. Hard but feasible :) Cheers! Dis.

Listen up MAGGOTS! The biggest problem you greenies seem to face is search parties. For some reason you all think it's a brilliant idea to put six search 3 in a party. DROP DEAD AND GIVE ME TWENTY! This is SPARTA, not STARSHIP TROOPERS. If you want suicide missions, go play X-COM on impossible difficulty. The MOST IMPORTANT STAT is SURVIVAL. SECOND most important is STEALTH. Loot is utterly useless if your squad dies. You cannot get above 80% to survive, so that means you also need stealth. DO NOT SHOVE 6 PEOPLE INTO THE SQUAD!! THIS IS AN ORDER!! Use at most 4 soldiers in one search party. I don't care if your OCD. Always use melee 3 if possible. Except when party size goes above 4. You need melee 3 on the wall? BULL$#!7. You are to SHOOT zombies, not whack them with a stick! Come back once you're trained somewhere besides the Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy! Got screwed? NEW GAME, you SLACK OFFS! There is no Mr. Resetti here! NOW GET YER REAR IN GEAR!

Thank you blim76. Good knowing my Archangel, Hades, and Void Lances are loads more effective now, especially with the increased dark mastery. I should try four of those at once...I'll probably be punished for it.

Apparently people hate the new update, so my previous compliments on the new update got put under threshold. So if this gets put under, I'll just msg. you in person: Great update. Seriously, nearly all of those are changes I enjoy. Biohazard's once again my second favorite capital. One misunderstanding I want cleared: do phlanxes no longer delete black holes, or do they NOW delete black holes?

Yes. YES!!! I CAN NOW BE ZERG-I mean I can now utilize my infest opponent's weapons more effectively!...*reads black holes not blocked by phlanxe* ...so, do they no longer block black holes, or do they now block black holes? Also nice balanced.

On a furthernote, I wouldn't mind a mood that increases the cost of capturing nations, but makes upgrades cheaper. Any penalty really would be just fine. It's just that some upgrade costs are very, very, very large, and at some point we're going from "idle" to "email me in a year when it's ready".

Limiting the number of times you can talk to Catherine is not a bad idea at all, however, rather than having a flat limit, perhaps tie it to certain progress. Like you get one for each nation captured. Or one for every three achievements for a single building. Either would give 24 in total. 48 if both. But the benefit of this is you have to either progress enough to GET the achievements, or you have to WAIT to conquer a nation. Most people are probably going to only really want to change moods when going to war, after war and they don't plan to for a while, when they're changing focus from a lot of cash buildings to a lot of troop buildings, etc. Even if in the long run this gives them possibly 48, it forces them to accomplish stuff in between mood changes. It's like you need to let time pass between these dates with the-sorry, 'conversations' with the Queen.

This game is truly a brilliant design, and unlike some claim it is mostly balanced if you know what you're doing. My only real complaints involve the premium perks, which can on occasion provide severely unfair advantages. Most notable in this category are the Desert Storm's unique ability allowing helicopters to carry Marines, along with the other premium tactics. These is just the most noticeable advantage, the others (like the general) are less noticeable. Since unobtainable gameplay changes like this tend to frustrate players, and even premiums agree that it's little fun to have no one to fight, I'd suggest removing "premium tactics", and making them available to all, or return them to the drawing board. Another option would be to limit premium perks, tactics, and generals to premium-only games, so non-premium players don't need to worry about premium players doing things they can't. Apologies for extensive comment, but this is normal for games I enjoy.

Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious, but how does one switch out their ship that is stored in a hanger? I purchased a mega liner for some transport jobs, and now that I'm done I want to swap it with the heavy command escort that was automatically put into the hanger. To clarify, I don't want to sell the mega liner because I still plan to use it for hauling, but I want to switch back to my attack ship to progress, and I can't figure out how. Is it possible my world is simply corrupt, and I should start a new one?

Er...and as the link mentions, you might want to check any comments below the threshhold. They MIGHT contain warnings or tips from other players that, again, cheatsydoodles might have spam-hammered the downvote button with lots of alt acounts. Then again, it could also be spam...

And to answer your questions about how this garbage made front page with a "5/5 Stars" rating, JanusJamesGames has a link to how we think this dev is cheating the system. I highly recommend assisting to shut this down before kong's playerbase is completely ruined by this trash being shown and called "Kong's best". New players will be non-existent, we'll lose old players, developers will be shamed to upload here, and it'll attract more games of it's type.

The title "Imperium 3" and the excellent graphics of the picture drew me in, as a fan of the original Imperium. But...uh...this would more accurately be described as "Imperium 0.3", as it feels like a downgrade in every possible way to the original Imperium. I have to wonder if something happened with the Imperium title akin to what happened to the Age of War series. To fill you all in, a genius game dev that I truely look up to built Age of War as one of his first games, but made the mistake of releasing it on Maxgames. Long story short, the fine print turned out to be re-worded to actually give maxgames ownership of the Age of War series. Now that dev is still around, especially on Armor Games, and he still makes awesome games, but I fear something similar may have happened with Imperium. It's a pity, I was hoping to one day see a better Imperium, but it looks like we're not going to see that day.

I've got to say, this is one of the most relaxing space games I've played in a while. I get to sit back, drink cider/coffee/[INSERT NATIVE DRINK]/cola while my ship AI turns nasty pirates into fireworks for my amusement and mining interests, goes mining for hours while I work out, and should I screw up, I don't get "Caps Locked" by players speaking in russian and broken english. And I never played EVE Online, only star conflict! Seriously, wonderful game, I've clicked on the five star button a total of seven times, and this is one of those times. If every game was as complicated, well done, and chok full o stuff as this game, the internet would be complete. I've heard legends about the amount of time you've invested into this, and effort, and I'm impressed. I might have the dedication for something like this, but I do NOT have the power of programming, so I'm glad you did this.

I've noticed several players are having issues with a lack of music. I agree, a lack of music makes some aspects of the game a pinch boring. But there is a fix! Underneath the gamechat/achievements window, next to the "Flag" and "Block" buttons in the bottom right corner, there is a bottom labeled "Download". Clicking this will bring this game up not only in a larger screen (much easier to be precise about placement and collecting), but also will fix the music. The only problems with this is that it does not share the same saves with the normal kongregate; you must bring your favorite build as a text/save. Furthermore, any achievements you earn in this cached version will not register on the normal kongregate page, so earn your actually easy to get achievements and then transfer your save to this special, bigger screen to get the maximum effect. I do not have the Premium version, so I'll need confirmation as to if the premium version works on the cached version.
