I think I've heard this song before... Oh, that's right! It's because this is currently one of the "best of the week" songs on newgrounds. I guess Muffin Man couldn't be bothered to actually look for a song and just took the first one he found. I guess he couldn't bother to make it loop either. I guess he also couldn't bother to make something other then a copy of the shootorial with different graphics. As always, 1/5
Yes, you can update the file, developers do it all the time. Just go to your profile, click on "edit" underneath the game you want to update, then click "upload file" then just browse for the updated version of your game, then upload the new swf. Simple.
It sure must have been hard to put together those motion tweens and goto statements. And I'm sure that input box took hours to make. This whole game is simply a technological wonder. 1/5
I could point out the obvious and go on about how this isn't a game, took no effort to make, and has been done many times before, but instead I'll just flag the game, give it a 1 out of 5 take my one point, and move on.
Well, normally I'd write a long TL;DR post about how this game is terrible and would be better of if it were never uploaded, but that's to obvious. Instead I have a theory, a simple one, but a theory none the less. My guess is that Sapje is actually an alternate account for some other guy. And Sapje made his account so that he could post pointless two-frame games and reap the sweet cash from it. Granted he would have to make a whole bunch of these games to make at least 25$, but that shouldn't be too hard, after all he's already made three of them in the past two days, it's not like it took any effort to make them. although, I could be wrong about the alternate account part, he did join in February. nevertheless, these games blow a fat one, but I still can't blame him for wanting some fat cash.
Hm, that post was TL;DR after all!
Well, lets start by point out the obvious, the game is easy to cheat, there are hardly any levels, there's no music, and the whole "Mouse Maze genre" has been done more times then your sister (high-five!). Aside from that, this game is a squeal! well, no, it's not a squeal, it's an addition to mouse maze one, but still, you'd expect a whole bunch of new features, or at least more then a new background, some new levels and a shitty "WINRAR" screen. you could have just updated the old version, these "improvements" didn't necessitate an entire new upload, in fact, this whole game shouldn't have been uploaded, you're better off keeping it on your computer.
Lets see, no background, or music, uses default buttons, has minimal actionscript and uses a concept that's been done to death! Not to mention the whole "Right click -> play" thing. This game just isn't well polished enough to be fit for Kongregate, well, at least it's not well polished enough for me, I have higher standards [/snob]. Anyway, the game its self was just way to easy, even with these so-called "twists" I still beat it in my first go, which is wonderful because the game sends you BACK TO THE DAMN START if you mess up. That sort of thing should be illegal. This game should have been thought out and worked on a bit more, it probably would have been more interesting if the sequences were randomly generated or something. I'll give you an "A" for effort, which trust me, is the highest award I've given a game that was still under judgement. but next time, keep this sort of game on your computer, away from us [TL;DR]
Lets see, the back button doesn't work, and every time you click "menu" the music overlaps. I don't think I'd want to learn actionscript from somebody who can even get the simple workings of a damn tutorial right. Speaking of which, why didn't you just compile your last 3 tutorials into one tutorial? all of your tutorials are pretty unsubstantial.
This may be a late response, but actionscript is not hard to learn, at least at this caliber. Every line of code used in this "game" and more can easily be found on just about any flash tutorial on the internet. There's a tutorial section on both kongregate and newgrounds, and there are dozens of websites dedicated to archiving flash tutorials, and if none of those work, just google it! Basic flash actionscript is not hard to learn at all so long as you put an ounce of effort into looking for tutorials.
I cannot possibly fathom why these lame type of games continue to get made. And I don't understand how a game with terrible art and animation, totally random and useless story, and nothing but the goto statement for actionscript gets a score above a 3/5.
I'm am so sick of these games, please, we don't need more. The least you can do is TRY to be original, for Christ's sake, you took one level DIRECTLY from button hunt! At least button hunt used more then the goto statement. Learn some more actionscript before you post another shitty game
These button games have been made more often the mouse maze games, dress up games, and shootorial example games. We understand that you blow at making flash games, but that to be expected. Wait until you get better, then post stuff that's actually GOOD!
gth mean "Gay temperamental homo"? Urban dictionary says otherwise:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=gth
Besides, wouldn't "gay homo" be a little redundant?
I'm pretty sure gth stands for "Go to hell". If I'm correct, then why didn't you just type out the entire phrase "Go to hell"? I guess you exert the same amount of minimal effort into commenting as you do with your games.
Why shouldn't we say that your game is crap or shit, when it clearly is both crap and shit? Why would you post and UNFINISHED game that to you A DAY to make? Nobody cares if you're new to flash, if you know the game blows then DON'T POST IT ON KONGREGATE. just keep it on your computer, keep practicing and learning, then post a game that's actually good!
