if you're stuck on the final boss, here's how to beat him. just get one hit (or hug, i guess) on him and jump before he can retaliate. rinse and repeat. hug, jump, hug, jump. be quick about it, though, or he'll kill ya in one shot.
@Phamva feeble flickers in a korner
@Destroyer1 Some cards are recently updated/created, others never have been. The game has power creep for sure, but old cards are routinely updated for both free and p2w players
@schlimm it's an odd model, more about deck-building. The play _can_ actually be intense when it's a tough opponent and you might win, but it's very much a long-term game and its real strength is based on the community and associated guild events.
This game is so close to perfect, but fatally flawed. Just too easy. Crunch the numbers, make it harder, improve the grammar. I play with no armour/helmet/shield, but rarely have to cast a heal spell It's so close to being perfect... Happy to help with play-testing/English improvements.
Either the Warplate armour should be nearly impossible to get, or the mail and plate armours need to be a lot more protective/less expensive/more durable? I went from full xp leather to Warplate without even thinking about DOWNGRADING to mail, let alone plate. Or keep the master of war's talents a secret?
@Kevinator: please combine your initial post and the edit into one so it can get the priority it merits. The "I can't get rid of my troll comment" is one of the top 5, so fixing the problem should be there too.
As a somewhat aside: on the guard training missions, kill everything you can yourself since the enemies spawn continuously. It helps you recoup the mission cost while improving your skills.
@elijahpbolware: I think that's part of the strategy of the game that units occupy blocks and can't be passed. The point of making 5 hammer guys in a row is that you just made a really bad squad. Think of your men like units, if it helps. No good commander sends wave after wave of tanks, regardless of changes in enemy tactics from jeeps to RPGs.
Balancing of costs could be improved. Compare Bone Fiend vs Lurker. Fiend has + 2 vs light units, Lurker has + 4 vs ranged, + 40 hp, + 10 attack, & poison. Naturally, they cost the same.
Wretched. The lag is so bad I minimized the screen (without even seeing a cursor). Character continues to move in unwanted directions, shooting is the same. This game is unplayable, at least with any amount of fun. Mute button is the best part of the game.
