Clothing. Fascinated with the color red as it reminds him of blood Rugal wears mostly red clothing. His pants and trench coat are both crimson red each having deep pockets that could hold almost anything handheld.His undershirt however is a pitch black t-shirt. Both his shirt and pants are made of a unique material that lays loose against Rugal allowing free movement. The trench coat however is made of two layers of of one inch leather with a pliable metal in between the two to allow better protection against small arms.
