I like most of the recent improvements to the game, but the heroes that are in a hurry really annoy me. So far the game for me was really relaxing - almost zen-like, and now, sadly, you have managed to ruin that for me.

Hi RuliaS, we wanted to offer players that enjoy that type of gameplay a small addition. There isn't any punishment currently for not filling the order. If you don't enjoy the impatient customers, you have the option to not fill the order.
