Human Missile Frigates' ability to cover 3 lanes at once while taking damage only from one is insane - 1 of these in 3 neighbouring lanes can annihilate everything, including ion frigates and cruisers... Also, got a weird bug where the battle would continue once I beat the last human mission :S
actually disregard my comment's part on Vessel King being the last - just had horrible luck of him showing up... Seeker King is in fact the last one...
A little guide for people who want all the trophies: I advise to get all silver and bronze trophies (including Balanced Soldier, Marksman, Turret Master and Minesweeper) before doing anything gold or platinum (except hardcore). HARDCORE - just survive, powerups are your friends; CHAIN - stand in the middle, max out extra shots and speed, AVOID LEVELING UP, grab a shield as a safety net; SCORE - same as chain (some levels in extra score can help); TERMINATOR - play normally (avoid pixel upgrades) or same as chain; DODGE - don't shoot anything, dodge; LEVEL - play normally (this time pixel upgrades can help get levels faster); SKILL MASTER - start game, pick a skill, get some levels, upgrade skill to max, repeat; SLAYER - Vessel King is the last to appear and needs a high level, play normally (once again, avoid pixel upgrades and grab powerups whenever possible - they help ALOT). Hope it helps.
At the beginning, the game was kinda hard, but then I found my first Protectorate hero... used him for the rest of the game (about 90% of it, really), because of their ranged units' superior range (range 3 for the non-elite unit helped ALOT), decent speed and power (the ability to turn flyers into mince meat is a bonus)... all this combined allowed to use just this hero for all occasions, using elemental switch equipment when necessary... still, it's a good game...
The "Instant Divide" ability is a complete gamebreaker, as long as you can find a safe corner for your main cell. There's also a bug with division - if a dividing cell dies you automatically lose the game even if your main cell is on the other side of the map, unharmed.
A slight oversight - if you restart on level 99 and defeat the boss, you have no way out of there, since there are no red chests around to get the Wings.
RAAAARGH!!! Freaking Circling Level!!! *bangs head on the keyboard* The controls are tricky already, but there the armies go bananas and float in completely unpredictable ways, landing you a very unexpected defeat when you are enable to bring your forces to defend your base >:(
I wasn't keeping the green coins, but used them for Stadium ability points, so this update I got only 435 greens =( I wish I could update my update vote =(
heheh... apprently, Adept can enter the Swamp as soon as 15 and will beat anything there, which is the same level as needed to enter Pandora Plains without getting beaten by anything there. Puls he needs about elvel 25 to enter Golem's Cave and a freaking 49 to enter the Desert without any threat to himself...
