my god that was a horrible idea. I could go through the entire first three or four regions without buying any upgrades...now I can't even beat the second.
Honestly? I love this game. Especially the end. The whole route changing thing was amazing, and I think perfectly suited a crumbling castle. Really, awesome work I think.
