In chapter 8 (spoiler alert, just in case) there might be a bug? In the text, when Sent talks to you about your options, "red door" is written "red door" and "green door" is a big mess with the same symbols for italics between the letters. It's intended to be properly in italics, right?
Yeaaah, someone else reported this, it's a rare bug. Thanks for the heads-up, I'll probably just get rid of the italics in this scene until I can figure it out.
So... I'm moving this week and that involves a lot of stuff, also I've got finals in two weeks and have to study a whole year's worth. You're not helping, VasantJ.
Now, all that aside. I see you're trying new things every game... The intro was nice, but the puzzles were nerve-wracking. The fireballs were almost impossible to get through, and I died tons of times before getting to Midas (and I got there with only half a star), even though I saved the game by the way. I couldn't enjoy the story as much as I usually do with your other games. Also, it wasn't very balanced because some were REALLY slow, while other fireballs were more like a wall.
As for stuff you might want to correct, I could only notice a certain lag of the map, when moving in the Undertale thingy, it moves weirdly along with you, as if it only loads square by square.
Now, storywise and humourwise, it was great as always. Didn't expect such a direct reference xD. Keep it up with the good job! 5/5
Yay! VasantJ made a new game!
Now, for the feedback... Biggest problem I saw was the lag, I mainly got it at the beginning, in the loading screen, but also from time to time, while attacking. Aside from that, battles were too long (even the mobs-guards), boss was too mechanic and repetitive. In a longer game it would be boring to have such a rhythm.
However, I've got to say that the storytelling is great as always, and characters are pretty good. Also, the different attacks system gives it a good variety.
Keep it up with the hard work and thank you for this game! I hope to see more in the future.
Great, a new Dregg adventure! I noticed a glitch... when in Eva's room, after you get the diary and everyone walks out, if you walk up to the chair the whole room moves out of focus unless you walk back down. And you can also see the previous stages... There were also a few "invisible blocks you can't walk through" although they weren't really a bother (and there were a few in Amber's story too...). That said, Happy Birthday, Dregg! Let us toast for more Medieval Cop stories, for they are great! (Looking forward to see how badly will that Big Bad Boss fail in front of Death itself...)
Just wondering... is this going to turn out being a "Phone Guy betrays Monochrome Kid and turns in an allmighty villian and Monochrome Kid has to defeat him" kind of story?
If it does... well. That developement is kind of overused already...
YOU DID IT AGAIN! For real, I'm hardly ever surprised by anything... but still, you impressed me. Great, as always. Hoping next one is even better. Also, loved that Amber cameo, and I hope to see more of Ada in the following games. Thank you for yet another Medieval Cop episode!
Simply great. Clear and simple concept, and well portrayed too. It's not every day that you see a short story this well done. Also, I hadn't played The Book of Living Magic, but that didn't prevent me from getting attached to Screech at the end.
Good work, great game!
Once again, thank you for another episode of the Medieval Series. It just keeps improving with every game. Angel-mode was great, I expect to see more of it.
(Also, have you planned on an Amber cameo on the main series? It would be great too)
