Better balanced, but still not great. Everything should be easier to get at first. It takes me 1 hours to upgrade something non-trivial. I go a whole day without any meaningful change (<1%)...
This game is badly balanced. Everything costs either money or fame. Both you get linearly with the time invested. But to buy interesting things you need an exponential amount.
Don't remove the fame, it's interesting, remove the money from the Mechanic, Supervisor, Brigade...
