Pretty good, you've got a variety of components in the game (e.g. HitTest, lives, game over screen etc) the only down side I can think of is the animation of the character and the FPS; it's a little too fast.
Other than that it's a pretty good first attempt :D
The game was good, I like the use of ActionScript in the car's momentum. Something that could be improved is making it possible to last longer than a second.
The goal is to get to the end without dying :D Very vague, I know. I used Macromedia Flash 8 to make it, and due to time constraints it wasn't as good as it could've been.
